Honey
Pacifica Cold Packed honey is left unheated, unfiltered, and unprocessed
in order to give you the rawest honey possible. By leaving this
gourmet honey unheated, unfiltered, and unprocessed, the enzymes
and nutrients remain intact, for your benefit. Raw honey in its
completely unheated form is naturally thick and creamy. Many prefer
this rich consistency over that of heated and processed honeys.
In addition, by leaving the honey unfiltered and unprocessed, all
the nutritious pollen and propolis fragments remain. We only skim
off the wax that floats to the top. The reason unprocessed Cold
Packed honey is so hard to find is that it is too thick to bottle
by machine. Honey Pacifica does the hard work that other companies
will not do, bottling our unprocessed Cold Packed honey by hand.
It's simply honey from bee to you!
Honey
Pacifica also offers a chunky honey made from all the cappings that
we usually scrape off the top. This is the ultimate raw honey
product as it contains beeswax, bee particles, propolis, royal jelly,
wax, and not to mention, honey.

Cold packed honeys are usually in granulated form with the
exception of sage, which is slow to granulate, if it granulates

Cold Packed Honey
This
is the ultimate raw honey product. When we extract, we let
all the cappings from the frame with the wax, honey, propolis,
pollen, royal jelly, and bee particles flow into the barrel.
The honey stays at the bottom while everything else floats
to the top. We usually skim off the top and bottle the pure
honey beneath it. But here, we have taken all those particles
and jar it. It is the rawest, possibly most nutritious form
of honey there is. You probably won't find it anywhere else.

with 2% Royal Jelly, Pollen, and Propolis
For
added nutrition we add these various bee products. Eating
propolis daily in
small doses can help strengthen the immune system against
bacteria, fungi, and viruses, including the flu. Pollen
is a natural supplement giving you vitamins and energy.
Royal Jelly contains
vitamins A, C, D, E and 9 B-complex vitamins; B1, B2, B3,
B5 (aka: the energy vitamin), B6, B12, Biotin, Folic Acid
and Inositol. When
Royal Jelly is taken on a daily basis, one experiences more
