Cold Packed Sage: Our raw unheated Cold Packed Sage Honey is a light, delicate honey with an elegant floral aftertaste. This unheated honey is produced from the black sage that blooms in early spring on the slopes of the Southern California mountains. Raw unheated Cold packed honeys are usually in a creamy crystallized form, with the exception of sage, which is slow to granulate, if it granulates at all. Like all of our raw Cold Packed Honeys, our wildflower honey is unheated unfiltered and unprocessed. Available
