Honey Iced Tea

Honey Iced Tea

28th Apr 2012

Kitchen Notes

This recipe is solar powered: from the delicate field-grown tea leaves to the bees' honey flowers and, finally, the almighty tea-brewing power of the sun. Although we are now full swing into spring we are still getting some last minute showers, which will really help our Southern California Wildflowers- making 2012 a great honey year!

This recipe is a perfect spring drink for anyone that loves to work or play outdoors. Feel free to break a sweat- this drink will have you cooled off in no time flat. We used our Raw Sage Honey and it was perfect. Raw Sage Honey will never crystallize and is easy to mix into recipes, making it a favorite of honey chefs. This week get outdoors, enjoy the sun and drink some honey iced tea!
