Kitchen Notes
I’m a big fan of chocolate and as a kid I would crave 3 Musketeers bars. It was my go-to candy bar and my weak spot when trading candy on Halloween. When I came across this Raw Honey Chocolate Pudding recipe the ingredients intrigued me and I knew I’d have to try it. Who would ever guess that using avocados as a main ingredient would result in an amazing chocolate pudding? Let your friends and family try this before letting them in on the secret ingredient.
This recipe is a must try, although I struggled a bit using my blender to get everything whipped up. A food processor or mixer would work a lot better, but if you have some patience a blender will work just fine. Just keep cramming the ingredients back down into the blades - while the blender is off, of course! An added bonus is that this recipe is 100% raw, so it compliments all of the benefits of our Raw Cold Packed honeys. Add some whipped cream as a topper or dip strawberries in as an extra treat.
