I'd like to introduce our special guest chef for this recipe, Nathan Donahoe. Nathan originally started creating honey recipes because he couldn't eat his favorite foods (i.e. ice cream and soda) anymore due to an allergy to white sugar. So he created recipes that reminded him of them and discovered that the new recipes were even better! He found out that others had the same sensitivities and now shares his food and recipes as The Chef Of The People. Check out his Raw Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe below.
Kitchen Notes
This classic recipe can be used for sauces or as a salad dressing. The enzyme rich honey helps to break down salad greens and improves digestibility. The sage honey imparts the familiar sweet honey flavor that combines perfectly with the spiciness of the mustard.
