Ingredients- Chicken breasts, 2 halves
- Butter, 2 tablespoons
- Salt, ½ teaspoon
- Yellow Mustard, 1 tablespoon
- Honey Pacifica Sage Honey, ½ cup
- Grease or foil a 9-in. square baking pan; place chicken breasts in it
- Bake the chicken uncovered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes
- In a small saucepan combine the remaining ingredients; cook and stir over low heat until well-blended and heated through
- Pour sauce over the chicken breasts (saving a small amount to baste the chicken before serving) and continue to bake the chicken uncovered for an additional 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through
- Baste chicken with the remaining sauce
- Serve with your favorite sides
