Shipping Policies

We are currently only shipping to USA and Canada excluding P.O. Boxes.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping options you choose. Once your order is placed we'll process it as fast as possible, and ship it in the order it was received.

All orders received Fridays after 2 pm are processed the following week. Selecting Next day, 2nd day Air or 3 day shipping does not mean it will expedite your order. It only means you'll get it the Next business day, two business days or 3 business days from the date the order was shipped. "Business days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

We ship products that should be kept cold like Pollen and Royal Jelly on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. This guarantees the products are not overheating in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.

Shipments to Canada are in transit longer due to customs. Even when selecting a faster shipping method it might take up to a week to arrive. If you order a cold sensitive product like Royal Jelly or Pollen it might not arrive cold.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We offer a 7 day from delivery date, hassle free return policy.

You may submit a return request for most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order is damaged.

All returns, exchanges or damage shipment claims after 7 days of delivery will be denied.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
